What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity starts at 50 pieces per color. This applies to both startup brands and established labels. We offer flexible MOQ options to help new brands launch without overcommitting on inventory, while supporting scaling brands with large-volume capacity.
Can you produce from our own designs or tech packs?
Absolutely. We work with your tech pack, sketches, or reference samples to develop custom garments from scratch. If needed, our experienced design team can assist in refining your specifications and patterns for optimal production results.
Do you offer samples before bulk production?
Yes. We always recommend sampling before bulk production. Sample turnaround is approximately 15–20 days after payment confirmation. International shipping takes 4–7 days. Samples are custom-made to your exact specifications including fabric, fit, and trim details.
